A little about me
I'm a fun, sweet, silly, lady who can be one of the boys (or so I've been told).
Gas is #1 in my books ( just ask my cousins in Scotland!). Not that I burp or toot. I'm a lady ;-)
Other than bodily functions, I love comedy that is natural and free flowing. GOOD comedy. Like my taste in jazz, I like humor that is not pretentious. Sarcasm has to be good natured. I find the 1950s a perfect time for comedy and I love the classic stars like Jack Lemmon and Cary Grant. Witty but sweet. My love of psychobilly music though carries through into my sense of humor too. It can get a little warped and a bit out there. I love playing characters in order to make my friends laugh. Sometimes I wonder if they know I'm doing it in fun - that it's not really ME making them laugh. I think they think I'm a bit kookoo in the head, but so are they, so it all works out. Peace and rainbows and all that.
I look forward to seeing what others find funny and would love to know what makes you laugh, so drop me a line! We can make this earth that much better with every single laugh, no?

I too have been remiss in my music Fridays obligations!
I have been in Italy (Florence, SIena, Assisi and Rome) which was wonderful even though The Pope didnt bother to say hi (how rude when i went all that way to visit).
Then not so good I fell and smashed my face on the pavement. Thankfully all healing nicely. Soon my husband will have to stop calling me scarface....or suggesting I look like i have a giant cornflake stuck to my cheek.
Anyhooooooo, by hook or by crook I am going to come up with something for this Friday. Something with the word falling in it I think.
