How to Best Deal with Friend Issues

I've been thinking. My friends and I are in sort of a fix. One of my friends, we'll call her Kermit to keep her identity a secret, made a wiki. Her wiki is a fun place for our 'group' to share discussions and whatnot. She invited everyone she likes except one person, we'll call her harrypotter444. I believe the reason that Kermit did not invite harrypotter444 is because, you see, Kermit's seat was taken at lunch. Kermit blamed it on harrypotter444, even though it wasn't her fault. Harrypotter444 tries to be nice to Kermit, but Kermit is still nasty to harrypotter444.
What to do? I think the best option for my situation is to bring Kermit and harrypotter444 together and have a talk with them, to clear the whole situation up.
What do you think? Share your friend issues and ideas on how to make things right with everyone!

Permalink Reply by MUSE on March 23, 2009 at 7:45am: I think your idea and intervention is a good idea. Just be prepared for them both to not say a word. You may have to give them both right there an ultimatum.
Just tell them that if they aren't going to work things out and want to stay mad at each other that you aren't going to be friends with either of them until they do. It'll be hard for you, but you'll have to just not talk to either of them until they come to their senses. Bring up to both of them times that they have had with each other ya know good times... and even times when things weren't always that peachy...
